Chinese-style Mixed Vegetables

My mom has been complaining that the price of veggies at the wet market has been going up. Apparently, an RM1 bunch of greens is barely enough for one person these days and let's not get into the "imported" stuff. Since it's just the two of us, she's been resorting to halving whatever veggie quantity she cooks during the weekdays - which as we found out clearing the crisper on Sunday, leaves us with odds and ends of various veggies.

A problem easily solved with a quick chinese-style stir fry with everything thrown in!
Chinese style Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients:
Snow peas
Baby Asparagus
Oyster mushrooms
Brocolli
Prawns
Red Chilli - cut into big slices
Garlic
Onions
Salt to taste
A wee bit of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of corn flour slurry (teaspoon of cornflour mixed with a teaspoon of water)

Method:
Do i really need to give this? Anyways, fire up the wok. Add a bit of oil and saute the onions and garlic. Throw in prawns and cook till it blushes. Add veggies and stir fry till cooked. Mix in oyster sauce and corn flour slurry and stir constantly till you get a thick sauce coating the veggies. Serve with steamed rice.
