I've been keeping things down low (which is why the blogging has also been slow) until I could reaallllly confirm everything but here's the breaking news - I'm about to be moving abroad from Kuala Lumpur to Koala Land (Sydney) in a month's time! Heading there end of July to begin my postgraduate studies in International Relations.
It's going to be a huge change in my lifestyle from working young adult to student (though I'm already excited at the prospect of new food to try - especially all those "western" stuff that isn't easily available here).
So if you don't hear from me anytime soon, rest assured that I'm just settling down and will be back to the kitchen soon... In the meantime, since it'll also be my first ever experience in facing a bare kitchen and creating new pantry stocks - what do you think are must have cooking essentials? Where to start?
