Black Pepper Prawns

An easy stir fry with nice and peppery sweet sauce!

Black Pepper Prawns
Ingredients:
Prawns - shelled and de-veined
Lots of freshly crushed black peppercorns
Worchestire Sauce
Light soy sauce (half of the worchestire quantity)
Oil
Sesame oil
Lots of chopped garlic

Method:
1. Marinade prawns with light soy sauce, worchestire sauce and half of the black pepper.
2. In a skillet, heat up the oil and saute chopped garlic until aromatic. Add in prawns (together with any marinade juice) and stir-fry till prawns are pink.
3. Add the rest of the black pepper and cook down the sauce till it gets nice and thick. Take off heat, drizzle a teeny bit of sesame oil over, give it a once over stir and serve.

*p/s: my prawns were already quite sweet, but if yours isn't, you can add a tablespoon of brown sugar at method no.3.
