Chai Tow Kueh or Fried Radish Cake is one of those things that is sinfully good, you'll ignore the other minor details like a sky-high calorie content.
I'm still trying to figure out how to make this at home cos I haven't been able to find a recipe for the radish cake part (anyone care to share?). Roughly, the ingredients are radish cake, chopped garlic, a touch of soy sauce, chili paste, chopped salted vegetable, a handful of bean sprouts, chives and egg all fried up in a fired up wok.
