Tom yum soup

Its raining, its pouring...
Kavs needs a bit of cheering...
And when she gets thinking...
Spicy tom yum comes popping!
(okay, so i'm really bad at rhymes...)

Tom Yum Soup
Ingredients:
Fresh Prawns
Chicken
Snow peas
Shallots
Tom Yum paste
Carrot - sliced
Oyster mushrooms
Spring onions
Tom Yum paste (If you need to make it from scratch, go here)

Method:
1. Saute onions. Add tom yam paste and mix till aromatic. Throw in chicken and prawns with water. When half-cooked, add in vege (i usually add in the snow peas at the very end because i like them crunchy).
2. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
