Quick one, filled with calories... I console myself with the fact that there's oats in there. Oats are healthy right?
Peanut butter & Chocolate Calorie Bites
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1.5 cups oats
1. Combine cocoa powder with a wee bit of water and stir till you get a smooth paste. In a microwavable bowl, throw in your butter, sugar, cocoa and peanut butter. Heat it on medium heat for about a minute or till sugar dissolves.
2. Add oats and stir well. You should get a consistency where the oats form a ball together and don't stick to the sides of the bowl.
3. Smooth it out onto a plate with the back of a fork. Push into freezer for about half an hour.
4. You should be able to break it into pieces and enjoy it! Yummy...
