Quickie spaghetti with tomyam prawns

Ugh... my work PC seems to be playing up on me everytime i try accessing blogger... so after three retypes, i am going to post this really quickly while i can...

Quickie Spaghetti with Tomyam Prawns
Ingredients:
Spaghetti - cook according to instructions on pack
Prawns - peeled and de-veined
Spring Onions - cut into 1.5 inch length
Shallots - quartered
Cherry tomatoes - quartered
Tomyam paste - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste (taste first in case your tomyam paste already has salt)

Method:
1. Heat a wee bit of oil and fry shallots. Stir in tomyam paste till aromatic. Add cherry tomatoes. Add water and bring to boil. Throw in prawns and leave to cook. Once sauce is thickened, switch off the flame and stir in the spring onions. Serve with spaghetti whichever way you like (spooned on top or tossed through the pasta).
