Bak Choy with Garlic
A bunch of baby Bak Choy - leave whole (or any other greens would do)
Lots of garlic - sliced thinly
A little drizzle of oyster sauce
1. In a pan, brown garlic slices in a bit of sesame oil (careful with the heat, keep it medium) . Throw in Bak Choy and drizzle in oyster sauce (a little little bit - about half a teaspoon for a handful of veggies). Stir fry, tossing it constantly until leaves are slightly wilted but stems still crunchy.
