Corn On The Cob
It was as easy as shucking its skin off and sticking it in a pot of salted water to boil. Somehow I felt like I had made a tremendous accomplisment.
Why? Because in 23 years of my life and eating it almost twice a month (part of the family night-market feast), we have never made our own (Organic if I may add) corn on the cob!
