Cold Eggplant smush

Jenn, the leftover queen certainly hit it on the head when she posted that baba ganoush (another similar eggplant smush dish) wasn't exactly the most beautiful specimen to photograph. Multiply that with the fact I'm using an ancient (think beginning of its kind) digital camera, that I can't come up with a better name to call it and all I can say is that it shouldn't put you off trying this recipe. Smush good...
Cold brinjal smush
Ingredients:
3 Round or 1 long brinjal - baked with a bit of oil drizzled over till soft
1 onion - chopped finely
1 green chilli - chopped finely
2 tablespoons yogurt or a bit of milk + half a lime
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Remove skin from baked brinjal and smush all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Serve chilled.
