Wurstsalat

After a long wait, the blog's Berlin correspondent (a.k.a my cousin Sham) has finally reported back on the famous, simple, yummy and perfect for the summer (although I can vouch that it's equally good in winter too, I had it for dinner on Xmas day!) Wurstsalat.

Prepared by c-i-l Andreas' amazing Oma (seriously, the dishes we had at Christmas was oh, so good)...


Wurstsalat (literally translated as Sausage Salad)

Ingredients:
Sausages or ham
Gherkins (pickled baby cucumbers)
Tomatoes
Paprika
Corn kernels
Onion

Method:
Simple - Chop everything up and toss well. Serve chilled.
