Kitchen Bytes: Bread & Cheese

This is what I've been mainly subsisting on for breakfast/lunch this week - which is a pretty darn good thing to subsist on especially considering the price of a good chunk of cheese in this country (the one in the pic cost me RM15)....

Multi Grained French-style bread from Hiestad bakery, Bangsar.
Dutch Gouda cheese from Village Grocer, Bangsar.
