Cucumber Raita
Easy, cooling (perfect for a hot "summer" day) and not to mention healthy.
Cucumber Raita
Ingredients:
1 cucumber - shredded or cubed to your preference
1 tomato - finely sliced
1/2 onion - chopped finely (optional if you don't like raw onion)
1/2 chilli - chopped finely
2 tablespoons yogurt
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix it all up like a slaw. Enjoy!
