Mango with a bit of jazz

Mango is good just on it's own. A few tweaks though can create an explosive taste fest as your tastebuds go into overdrive with sweet, spicy, salty, citrusy flavors!

Mango with a bit of jazz
(Adapted from Surfing The Menu)

Ingredients:
2 Mangoes - not overly ripe, they should be slightly firm
Zest from one lime
Quarter or less red chilli - chopped really finely
Two to Three tablespoons of sugar
A pinch of salt


Method:
In a bowl, mix together sugar, lime zest, chilli and salt. Slice mangoes. Sprinkle spiced sugar on top of mango slices.
