Kitchen Bytes 1 - Aromatics

Figured that some of the readers may not be familiar with the Asian ingredients mentioned. Especially since I had some difficulty finding proper English translations for them. Funny how we can be so familiar with referring to certain things in their native names despite speaking English!

Chillies
Daun Limau Purut or Kaffir Lime Leaves
Bunga Kantan or Torch Ginger Bud
Serai or Lemograss
