I finally have a nice pic of my dish!
=) well, actually it was professionally taken by the photog for our magazine's indian recipe spread. The recipe provided by Chef Siva (of Baba's upcoming show Neengal Samaikalam) is pretty much a normal curry and masala, with a few changes. Frankly, i've tasted and made better curry but the potato is pretty good!Chicken Kalyani Curry

Chicken breast pieces
Chopped onions
Crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Oil

For Gravy:
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1/2 cup yogurt
Salt to taste
Chopped onions
chopped garlic
2 tbsp Tomato paste

Method:
Marinade chicken pieces with pepper, turmeric and salt and fry till golden brown. In saucepan, brown onions and garlic till aromatic and soft. Add in chilli powder, curry powder, pepper powder, yogurt, tomato paste and salt. Cook till gravy thickens. Add in chicken pieces and mix well. Serve with rice or naan bread.

Sweet Potato Masala
