3 fruit salad

Fruit salads are easy enough to make because there is no hard and fast rule. However, from experience, here are some tips:-
a) Don't go overboard on the type of fruits you put in - a mistake most people often make and results in too many flavors overpowering each other
b) Include at least one citrus fruit to give it that burst of sourness and increase the amount of crunchy fruit for texture.
c) It always taste better when you leave it for a couple of hours or overnight. Serve chilled.

3 fruit salad
Pink Fuji apples diced - Not advisable to use red apples because they discolor and get soft fast
Grapes quartered
Sunkist orange peeled and diced
2 tbsp yogurt
5-7 dried plums - soaked in hot water to plump up.
